Teachers strive to make the delivery of this information "seamless" for our students. But somehow our eagerness to deliver, coupled with our "get-it-now" culture, build barriers for developing other long-lasting skills that our students need, such as....
Perseverance.
Learning to fail.
Perseverance.
Trying alternate solutions.
Perseverance.
Looking to others for help.
Perseverance.
Coming back to it later.
Perseverance.
Reflection.
Perseverance.

And a rich Blended Learning environment, when done as a continuum of the "brick and mortar" activities, provides a great place to allow students to return, discuss, research, and reflect, as well as to get feedback. Such a blended learning environment is a great place for the Disseminator to just say....
"I'll be back".
